The Anand Dham Ashram
While Maharajshri still continue to shower his blessings and love on the Onkareshwar Mahadev Mandir, he has been able to encourage the Mission to look for a larger place in the outskirts of Delhi so that better facilities are available to the devotees who come to see and listen to him in large numbers. The Mansarover Garden area is already congested and insufficient to house the various development departments of the Mission and to accommodate the devotees. As a consequence His Holiness blessed the Mission on its acquisition of 17.5 acres of land on the Bakkarwala Road in Nangloi-Najafgharh area.
It is this campus which currently houses: the Karuna Sindhu Hospital, Vardan Nature Cure Hospital, the Gurukul Updeshak Mahavidyalaya, the Gaushala [Cowshed], Vanprastha Ashram, Sidheshwar Mahadev Mandir, Yagyashala, Onkar Dhyan Kutir, Atithishala, Sidhshikhar, and the offices of the Mission.
The Anand Dham Ashram
also boasts of having a +2000 capacity air-conditioned prayer hall.
Canteens, recreation parks, a mini-zoo, horticulture centres, a huge
parking lot have also been developed within the campus. There is a
steady stream of devotees to the Ashram on all the seven days of the
week -pravachan or no pravachan. Because of its vastness, neat and clean upkeep, fresh and energy-giving ambience, the Ashram has become a tourist attraction. A large number of devotees visit the Ashram to offer prayers, learn and practice pranayam, yoga and observe the facilities.
